Throughout their studies, they developed an appreciation for the many ways people make meaning, express themselves, and heal. They also competed in Cross Country and Track for over 10 years and at the collegiate level, providing insight into the impact that performance pressure, identity, self-worth, and body image concerns can have on mental wellbeing.

As a therapist, Karyn supports clients ages 14 and older seeking individual therapy. They welcome folks of all backgrounds and identities. Karyn is an LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent affirming therapist. They utilize a Health at Every Size approach that supports body diversity.

Feel It All

There is no luxury

in being friends

with joy and happiness,

without encounters

with sorrow and pain.

You either feel it all,

or you miss it all.
