Meet the Team
Devin Lanin, LCSW
Devin (She/Her) is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), who has been practicing since 2019. She has experience providing individual and group therapy in outpatient, dual-diagnosis, substance abuse and mental health settings. She is passionate about outpatient therapy for the opportunity it offers to build meaningful, long-term relationships and to witness clients’ growth in real and lasting ways.
Devin works with clients ages 14 and older, with a special focus on supporting neurodivergent individuals, those navigating anxiety, depression, life stressors, and executive functioning challenges. She is a neurodivergent-affirming, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and trauma-informed provider who welcomes clients from all backgrounds and lived experiences.
As a therapist Devin’s approach is collaborative and person-centered, creating room for clients to show up as they are. She utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness-based interventions, and skill-building strategies for executive functioning and time management. She also prioritizes the development of practical tools that clients can use in their daily lives, with an emphasis on self-understanding and self-compassion.
Devin believes that therapy can be both a place for deep healing and a space to reconnect with joy, creativity, and meaning. Her style is flexible, warm, and grounded in a belief that clients are the experts of their own lives.
Outside of their work as a therapist, Devin enjoys spending time with her two cats, crafting, and attending Madison’s local markets.

“There is no normal life that is free of pain. It’s the very wrestling with our problems that can be the impetus for our growth.”
